During the game, press

Repeat last cheat typed in
Use ! to repeat the last cheat typed in at any time. You can use a semicolon (;) to seperate multiple cheat codes.
Trap burglars or annoying roomies
All you have to do is pause the game and build a fence around the offending person. In case of...
- Burglar: Trap him and call the police.
- Roomie: Lure him/her outside, far away from the house, and trap 'em.
Slow down burglars
To slow down a burglar (or any other Sim) just hold the mouse cursor over him/her and follow him/her with it. (S)he will walk in slow-motion.
No more bills
To eliminate paying bills completely, use the move_objects on cheat and then delete your mailbox. No mailbox, no postman, no bills! Remember to turn move_objects off afterwards.
Kill off your Sim
To kill off your Sim, create a swimming pool, send him/her in, and remove all the ladders and/or diving boards.
